    Check out 12pm     Payment Details Credit/debit card details are required to guarantee your reservation, payment is made on arrival.
  • We accept Visa / Maestro / Delta / Mastercard
  • Cancellation policy: 50% will be charged if a reservation is cancelled 7 days before the arrival date.
  • Important Any cancellations made on the arrival date will be charged at the value of the first's night accommodation.

“A lovely little holiday cottage, very well equiped, clean and comfortable. I was there for a business trip to the NEC - Little Rushbrook is only about 10 miles away but surprisingly rural. The owners leave a lovely breakfast for you too. I would stay again - it was very homely. It isn't close to any shops/takeaways though so if you intend to eat in then you should come prepared. The owner gave me directions to a shop and a few take away restaurants about 5 or 10 minutes drive away.”
